RWR Health exists to make a difference to recruitment outcomes for organisations and job seekers across New Zealand. Directors Brad Stewart & Jeanette Rendle have extensive experience in the health, medical, not-for-profit, and social service sectors.
Robbie McKenzie - Director of RWR Health Northern. His journey started straight from school to the public sector where he gained his qualifications and learned first hand about serving the New Zealand public. He then dove headfirst into recruitment and not long after starting this new path, he was given an opportunity to specialise in the Health sector. After many years in the Medical Recruitment industry and with a great record in creating long term partnerships and fostering relationships, he moved into the exciting world of Travel. Even after a very successful sales career in the travel industry, health recruitment called his name once again and has taken the reigns of RWR Health Northern with a goal of making the recruitment experience for organisations and candidates alike, a rewarding journey. Jeanette Rendle - Director of RWR Health Lower North Island. With extensive recruitment experience across a variety of sectors, Jeanette is particularly passionate about the health sector. This is a sector she has spent the last decade immersed in, with exposure and expertise developed across recruitment and talent strategies, psychometric and personality assessments, leadership development, health & safety, consumer engagement and patient experience. Jeanette has developed recruitment assessment centres for graduate nurses, supported the Ministry of Health with national application processes, and worked closely with health, community and social service employers to recruit governance, executive, clinical and non-clinical roles across the health sector. Healthcare and community organisations need more than qualifications and professional registration. Exceptional talent with the expertise to govern, lead, work and care for people and families is vital. Jeanette brings heart, authenticity and passion to her client and candidate relationships, in developing attraction strategies, when sourcing hard to find talent and supporting you to hire great people, identify leaders, build a team or rebuild culture. Jeanette holds a Graduate Diploma in Business (Human Resource Management), and is accredited to deliver and interpret Hogan Psychometric assessments. She was awarded RWR Health Account Manager of the year and RWR Health Agency of the Year in 2019.
