We are proud to present our latest opportunity, working on behalf of one of our favourite partners in Auckland's beautiful North Shore 

They are a growing a exciting prospect for any Theatre Nurse in New Zealand. They have a key focus towards Orthopaedic surgeries and also showcase plastics and reconstructive surgeries on a weekly basis. 

Lead by a team which includes some of New Zealand's leading Surgeons and Nurses, this a surgery focussed on equality of outcomes, progression, development and most importantly, patient care.
  
THE ROLE

• Prepare theatre with medical supplies and equipment required for surgical cases
• Scrub, assist and circulate
• Provide comfort and care for patients throughout their theatre experience
• Create and maintain strong clinical relationships with specialists
• Provide high acuity levels of nursing to patients in an acute setting
• Work as part of a multi disciplinary team
• Contribute to quality improvement

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Registered Nurse with the New Zealand Nursing Council with a current APC
• 2 years of New Zealand experience working in a theatre setting with an Orthopedic focus  
• Professional and eager to learn.
• An excellent communicator with brilliant listening skills
• Calm and confident
• Organised, methodical and precise, yet flexible
• Accountable and resilient
• A team player
