THE ROLE YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR Our candidates have been asking us for a role which offers more of a work life balance, the ability to connect and follow a patients journey, as well as providing a framework for them to grow both professionally, as well as with their earning potential.
Focussed on the Auckland region, this position offers ideal hours of 0.6 FTE - 1.0 FTE (8hrs per day), a portfolio of your own patients which you will create and deliver care plans for, as well as offering a host of benefits, including a robust education pathway,

fuel card as well as the ability to include
work from home hours.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Create and deliver care plans to patients in their home
- Curate and attend assessments, clinical home visits and reviews
- Provide insightful and beneficial updates to patients journey
- Effectively manage your time for both clinical and administrative tasks

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE - Registered nurse with a current practising certificate
- New Zealand Work Visa, Residency or Citizenship is essential
- We will only be advancing candidates with a minimum of 12 months New Zealand experience on this occasion
- Experienced in community nursing, surgical nursing, long term conditions and aged residential care
- Excellent verbal communication skills, coupled with a caring nature and the ability to connect and interact within a multicultural environment.
- A team player, someone who can build professional relationships in the community
- Intermediate level computer and online information recording skills
- The ability to plan and organise assignments effectively, to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding, client focused environment
- Ability to self-direct and manage a busy workload, from their own home base
- A current full driver’s licence is essential
