About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, confident, and capable
Care Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aged care facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced aged care professional to step into a leadership role and drive quality care outcomes in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do: - Lead and support a dedicated team of clinical and care staff
- Ensure high standards of care and compliance with Health & Disability Sector Standards
- Manage budgets, rosters, and operational requirements
- Foster a positive culture and strong relationships with residents, families, and the community
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and support staff development
About You: - Experience in aged care – you might already be in a leadership or senior clinical role and ready for the next step
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication
- Sound knowledge of New Zealand’s aged care standards and compliance requirements
- A current APC (if a Registered Nurse) is desirable, but not essential
