This Napier based charitable trust is a provider of kaupapa māori driven, evidenced based, birth to death health, education and social services to whānau in Ahuriri and surrounding district.
About the role
The requirement for a greater level of compliance, reporting and collection of data has led to the creation of this new role. This is exciting mahi that will make a real difference to the community and whānau this organisation supports.
Responsibilities include:
- Collection and analysis of data - provide insights and trends that will inform decision making
- Development of reporting on contracts and requests for information from funders and the leadership Team.
- Supporting bids and applications for new services and contracts with funders.
- Supporting the audit and accreditation process.
- Leading the quality and risk management function
- Ensuring that policies are relevant up to date and meet legislative requirements.
This position also provides opportunity for involvement in special projects. An exciting one to be involved in, is the development, procurement and rollout of a new client management system.
About you
This is a highly administrative position and requires a well organised, positive and collaborative individual with demonstrated problem solving ability. You'll have previously set up systems, structures and processes to really get things working in and across a team.
Experience with Contracts for service and agreements between funders and providers in the health or NGO space is ideal. As is awareness of relevant legislation that impacts the operational delivery of services. You’ll have the ability to condense information, and present to the team in a way that is concise and informs others of trends and emerging issues.
