About the job

Ideally we seek a Pharmacy Manager who will report to a really positive and caring board. You’ll join a busy team, all dedicated to building strong relationships with patients. The dispensing staff and Pharmacists strive to make a positive difference in the community and the lies of their patients. You will be responsible for:
  • Day to day management of Pharmacy, dispensary and team operations
  • Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions
  • Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
  • Supervising staff
  • Dispensary inventory management and order processing
  • Supporting and developing new business strategies
  
Skills, attributes and experience required
  • A current NZ Pharmacy annual practising certificate
  • The desire to grow the services offered in the dispensary
  • You will have excellent pharmacy product knowledge and experience counselling customers to find the right solutions to their needs
  • Excellent communication and service skills - across your team and customer base
  • Community outlook - you will enjoy immersing yourself in, and getting to know the local community
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety
