Our Hastings based facility offers specialised care across two levels - psychogeriatric and dementia - with a total of 3 secure wings. Under the guidance of a supportive Care Home Manager, you'll be part of a fresh team shaping the future of this facility.

About the Job

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

• Oversee all clinical activities
• Manage staffing needs effectively
• Conduct comprehensive staff education sessions through our dedicated calendar
• Nurture and empower your clinical workforce, fostering growth and confidence
• Provide compassionate support to families, addressing concerns and managing complaints sensitively
• Navigate resident behaviors with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate closely with the Care Home Manager

We're seeking candidates who possess:

• Registered Nurse status with a current APC
• Proven leadership experience in aged care or similar settings
• Expertise, empathy, and a genuine passion for dementia care
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• A knack for inspiring and developing clinical talent
• Exceptional organisation and a methodical approach
