About the job
You'll work closely with the Care Home Manager. This facility is not broken, you won't be walking into any major issues or concerns, however there is still room for you to stamp your mark and improve on the already high standards and clinical quality of care.

You will:
  • Provide clinical oversight, leadership and direction
  • Assist with operational management of the facility
  • Actively participate in quality and risk management programmes
  • Ensure provision of care to residents is of a high standard
  • Participate in the implementation of effective education programmes

Skills and Experience
You will be a Registered Nurse with current APC, right to work in NZ and a passion for and experience working in and leading teams within the aged residential care sector in New Zealand.

This could be the perfect opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Clinical Nurse Manager of a smaller facility to step up and manage a larger facility with a number of unit coordinators underneath you.  

A dynamic go getter with a passion for leading and developing clinical and support staff will work well here. You will really care about and value people and this will show in your patient and family centred approach. An open communicator, with high integrity; You’ll demonstrate a commitment to people, clinical quality, safety and improvement.

This is a Monday - Friday position.
