About the organisation

This organisation has grown out of a unique technology service that delivers the highest level of skin surveillance diagnosis to Kiwi's and the wider global community. They bring experts to the door to help the public get the advice and treatment they need!

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially astute clinical leader to help make a difference for the nursing team nationwide and across the ditch! This role is a newly created one that will support in the expansion of this highly needed health service.

Your Duties

Will be a genuine mix of leadership and development to work with the company on their journey of enhancing the services the public access by:

Supporting the entire nursing team in People & Culture matters
Holding a senior escalation point for the frontline team
Leadership role in driving & supporting the ongoing development of best practice, policy, procedure and training materials for the service!
Provide training to staff
Supporting the provision of on-call clinical support for the wider organisation as required
+ Flexibility in your week for the travel to trainings/orientations 
+Collaborating with the leadership in the deliver and implementation of changes
+Foster links with the wider team nationally and internationally
+Will be holding direct line management and leading review of practise and training/support. 

Skills & Experience:

 All types of Registered Clinicians considered e.g. Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist etc.
+ An experienced team leader or experienced clinician ready and eager to lead
 Commercially astute and understands the needs of a profit making organisation
+ Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred
+ Able to make fast and effective clinical decisions 
+ Confident managing high level conversations 
+ Adaptable to a dynamic working environment 
+ Great team player and effective communicator 
+ Calm, Grounded, Non-Judgmental
