Newly created opportunity to service the Waikato and some BOP community. Ongoing training and development for you!

About the Company

This New Zealand owned organisation has grown to be a progressive national integrated health provider supported by a diverse team of health professionals. This organisation provides excellent multidisciplinary injury management, vocational, community and musculoskeletal rehabilitation services.

They have clinics across the country and hold contracts with ACC, third party insurers, DHB’s, The Ministry of Health, private businesses and leading New Zealand organisations.

We are looking for a physiotherapist that will work with and support New Zealanders to live better lives.  Client centric and be interested in a longer rehabilitation style approach.

You will also have limited set hours in two local aged care facilities but ultimately will look to create the role around you.

Skills and experience
  • Requires autonomy, therefore you will need at least 2 years experience and be interested in learning the community function.  This isn't a new grad role due to the high level of accountability and autonomy
  • Effective communication, empathetic and a commitment to building relationships with patients
  • People centric, ensuring the best for clients and colleagues
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Appropriate qualification, a NZ Physiotherapy Board registration and a current drivers license

What's in it for you?
  • Great company culture with flexible working
  • Tight knit team in Hamilton and the Waikato region and support from senior leadership
  • Ongoing training and development
  • A solid Regional manager is transparent, available and also a physio!
  • You really can be anything you want in this one!
