The role: 
You will work closely with the Agency Manager and Account Managers across the country, plus an array of awesome candidates. The purpose of the role is to deliver recruitment services to support to our clients and to grow your desk through:
  • Creation of job advertisements 
  • Posting and management of all job advertisements 
  • Building relationships with existing and new clients
  • Creative sourcing methods to secure top talent for our clients 
  • Paper and Phone Screening all candidate applications 
  • Completion of multiple candidate interviews per week + profile writing 
  • Maintaining database integrity through our CRM 
  • Completion of reference checks 
  • Ad hoc administration tasks 
This role is going to be fast paced day in day out so in order to be successful in this role you will possess: 
  • Proven administration skills - experience working with computers and various software programmes will be critical 
  • Some recruitment experience is preferred 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication is vital to the success of this role 
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to processes
  • Resilience is an absolute non-negotiable
