About the organisation
This amazing organisation provides services and support to people with an intellectual disability and their families. After several years of significant and positive change they have improved services, invested in people, technology, and systems. They are now looking for a positive and skilled coordinator/ people manager to join their team and support these superstar health professionals. Supporting a framework which benefits staff, service users and the wider community.
About the role
In order to best support those you work with and around we need to ensure that the best schedules, rosters, staff recruitment and retention are at the highest levels. 
You will be a key stakeholder when it comes to managing the connections between staff, service users, their families and the wider community. 
All of these combined lead to deep connections between the services and the valued people who either work or benefit from the organisation.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for someone who has a great understanding of coordinating a team and holistic service, as well as having a strong and passionate view of supporting our people through effective communication and invested relationships.

What we need to see 
+ 2+ years experience as a Coordinator or Manager  
+ Experience supporting a large workforce through rostering and scheduling 
+ Previous recruitment experience would be desirable but not essential 
+ Previous experience within a Healthcare setting would be highly desirable 
+ A passion to work within the Disability community setting
