About the Facility:
In the heart of old Papatoetoe, this facility has having serving the community for as long as most can remember. But don't let the age of the facility fool you, recent extensive renovations have given the facility a modern facelift with nicely refurbished rooms. Large decks afford residents a grand view off the main lounge and over a hidden (secret) garden area.

What you will be doing:
The team work as a well oiled machine and you will be a key team member doing patient management such as assessments, care planning, providing care and evaluations for patients and their families, monitoring patient conditions and behaviours, reassuring and educating families, administering medicines and assisting residents with daily activities. Duties are not limited to this but since you are a dynamic and proactive nurse, you will enjoy the challenge!

Skills & Experience needed:
+ A Registered Nurse with experience in a NZ clinical setting (aged care preferred) 
+ Available for PM and Night Shifts
+ InterRAI experience a bonus but not essential
+ Medimap, eCase or other patient management sys experience
+ Must be a clear communicator
+ Flexible to work weekends when required
