About the role
We are looking for a talented and clinically strong msk physiotherapist with an interest and experience in sports and spinal rehabilitation and pain management. This position will be based out of the Palmerston North Clinic which was newly built for purpose last year. It has an onsite gym and is co located near orthopaedic and radiology specialists and other complimentary organisations resulting in referrals and advantageous relationships.
Skills and experience
To win this role you will ideally have at least 2 years of solid clinical experience under your belt. In addition you will:
  • Be confident, self-motivated, flexible and with exceptional communication skills.
  • Have an interest in both musculoskeletal physiotherapy and the functional rehabilitation environment. Experience in pain is an advantage.
  • Have a passion for working with people and a thirst for clinical excellence
  • Be a service centric team player - you’ll join a motivated, collaborative, passionate and young (at heart) MDT
  • Be committed to ongoing professional development. Ideally you’ll have, be working towards, or be keen to complete postgraduate study.
  • Hold NZ Physiotherapy Board registration, and a current Annual Practicing Certificate
What’s in it for you?
A pretty darn cool company culture! Employees speak highly of an organisation that plays to people's strengths, a tight knit team, comprehensive orientation programme, ongoing training, mentoring and continued professional development and support. There are opportunities for career progression – supervision, quality, training or management roles. You’ll also receive a competitive salary and benefits package. You can easily park on site.
Either apply online or for a confidential conversation and to discuss this position in more detail, please don’t hesitate to phone Jeanette Rendle, Director RWR Health Lower North Island on Ph 027 705 7079.
