- Supporting occupancy and contributing to the sales journey
- Ensuring smooth delivery across maintenance, refurbishment, and village services
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership and knows how to lead in a complex, people-focused environment.
You'll likely bring:
- Proven operational leadership experience (3+ years in a people-led business)
- Strong team leadership and culture-building capability
- Confidence managing performance, change, and staffing challenges
- A personable but firm leadership style, respected, not feared
- Solid commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
- Experience in environments like retirement living, aged care, hospitality, or multi-site operations
