What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Village Manager or General Manager in an aged care or retirement living setting
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving occupancy, managing budgets, and overseeing business operations
  • Sales and marketing skills to grow and maintain village occupancy
  • Exceptional leadership, team development, and resident relationship skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Northland and become part of a supportive local community
