to join our clients team. You’ll report to the Perioperative Services Manager
, known for being collaborative, friendly, and approachable and work with colleagues who are as committed to excellence as they are to supporting one another.
You’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate perioperative care, while contributing to continuous improvement in a modern day surgery environment.

- Innovative and forward thinking two theatre orthopaedic day stay unit known for its collaborative, supportive team and leading edge surgical procedures.
- Equipped to handle a range of interesting and complex yet low acuity cases
- Based in Newtown, Wellington - Free staff parking
- Monday to Friday
- Play an essential role in assisting with diverse orthopaedic procedures
- Work alongside some of the country's leading orthopaedic surgeons, exploring the latest in surgical techniques and procedures.
- Current NZ Registered Nurse with APC
- Theatre (scrub) nursing experience. We are open to you coming from other specialties and keen to transfer your skills to an orthopaedic setting.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to support complex and minimally invasive procedures
- A team player with excellent communication, adaptability, and a positive outlook
- Motivated by Challenge. You will thrive in a setting that combines low acuity yet complex cases, providing a balance of routine and stimulating surgical challenges!
- $53 - 56 per hour
