They are now seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide hands-on clinical leadership across their Rest Home in Napier.
This is not a desk job. This is visible, floor based leadership - mentoring nurses and caregivers, managing rosters, navigating staff issues, supporting performance reviews, and ensuring exceptional resident centred care every single day.

What you’ll bring
- Current NZ Nursing Council Registration & APC
- Senior RN experience within aged care
- A desire to lead a team, and manage staff issues with fairness and professionalism
- Organisational skills and a calm, solutions-focused leadership style
- A genuine passion for resident wellbeing and empowering your team
- $115k to $125k per annum + staff benefits including Health Insurance
