You’ll step into a Lead Physiotherapist position within a multidisciplinary team, working across MSK and community rehab. You’ll balance clinical delivery with leadership, supporting the team and helping drive service quality.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver high-quality, client-centred physio
- Lead daily clinic operations
- Support and mentor team members
- Manage workflow, capacity, and diaries
- Build relationships with ACC and referrers
- Drive continuous improvement
- NZ Physiotherapy qualification
- Current PBNZ registration + APC
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Leadership capability or experience
- Full NZ driver’s licence
