About the role

You’ll step into a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist position, working across clinic and community settings within a MDT.

This is an MSK-heavy role with a focus on persistent pain and complex presentations, alongside some neurological rehabilitation. You’ll be trusted to manage your own caseload while being backed by experienced clinicians and strong internal support.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting junior team members and contributing to ongoing service improvement.

What you’ll be doing
  • Deliver high-quality, client-centred physiotherapy
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of MSK conditions
  • Manage complex and persistent pain presentations
  • Develop tailored rehabilitation programmes
  • Support clients with neurological considerations
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in case conferences and service reviews
  • Mentor and guide junior Physiotherapists
  • Contribute to clinical and service improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring
  • NZ Physiotherapy qualification
  • Current PBNZ registration + APC
  • Strong clinical reasoning within MSK physiotherapy
  • Experience managing complex or chronic presentations
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full NZ driver’s licence
