About the Role
Registered Nurse – Team Leader (Radiology)
Location: Epsom, Auckland
Hours: Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Monday to Friday – No Weekend Work!
Based at their state-of-the-art site in Epsom, you’ll work alongside a skilled, compassionate team of nurses and clinicians. In this leadership position, you’ll:
- Lead, mentor, and support a small team of Radiology Nurses
- Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations in interventional imaging
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical compliance
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence
- Liaise with other medical professionals to ensure a smooth patient experience

Our ideal candidate will have:
- NZ Nursing Council registration & current APC
- Minimum 3 years in a senior nursing or team leadership role
- Previous experience in radiology or interventional procedures preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical protocols and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment
