About the Job
As Regional Manager, you will lead the Central Region’s service delivery, ensuring outstanding care and sustainable growth. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you’ll guide a multidisciplinary leadership team and oversee clinical, operational, and financial performance. This role requires regular travel across the region and offers the flexibility to be based in either Hawke’s Bay or Palmerston North.
Key Responsibilities
You are a natural, courageous leader with proven experience managing complex healthcare or community services. Skilled in strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, you bring excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. A clinical background is advantageous but not essential. Most importantly, you have cultural competence and a commitment to equity, enabling you to lead diverse teams with empathy and professionalism.
