What We’re Looking For
We’re recruiting for a Regional Clinical and Quality Manager to oversee and support eight Aged Care facilities across the South Island. This rare opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion — a clear reflection of the organisation’s culture of growth and internal promotion.
This role can be based anywhere on the South Island however Christchurch, Timaru, Ashburton, Dunedin or Invercargill would be ideal.
What You’ll Step Into
- A senior leadership role with scope to drive quality improvement across multiple facilities
- Collaboration with Care Home Managers, Clinical Services Managers, and nursing teams to build capability and consistency
- A trusted voice in shaping and embedding clinical standards across the region
- Opportunities to mentor, coach, and develop nursing leadership pipelines
- A supportive executive and regional leadership team who value collaboration

- Current NZ Registered Nurse with Annual Practising Certificate
- Strong aged care experience, with proven clinical leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of interRAI, Nga Paerewa, and quality frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build trust and credibility quickly
- A leader of integrity and good character who thrives on coaching and inspiring others
- Full NZ driver’s licence
