About the Role
As a Psychologist, you will provide confidential, short-term psychological support and evidence-based interventions to a diverse range of individuals experiencing personal, workplace, and organisational challenges.
You'll support clients with:
- Stress and burnout
- Anxiety and depression
- Workplace conflict and change
- Trauma and critical incidents
- Resilience and wellbeing
- Leadership development and coaching
- Life transitions and personal challenges
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions
- Support individuals and teams navigating workplace and personal challenges
- Promote mental wellbeing, resilience, and psychological safety
- Participate in innovative wellbeing programmes and preventative mental health initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to achieve outstanding client outcomes
- Maintain accurate and professional clinical records

What We're Looking For
- Current registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board
- Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Membership with a recognised professional body is highly regarded
- Post-registration experience preferred
- Experience in counselling, mental health, workplace wellbeing, employee support services, or clinical practice
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent clinical judgement and professional integrity
- Passion for helping people thrive both personally and professionally
