About the Opportunities

Several Pharmacist opportunities are available across the Wellington region.
  1. Wainuiomata (Lower Hutt) - Permanent Full-time, Monday to Friday
  2. Newtown -  1 x Permanent Full-time and 1 x 12-month Fixed-Term Full-time. Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday 
  3. Porirua -  Permanent role working 32.5 hours p/w. Typical roster 3 weekdays and one weekend day.
Part-time options may also be considered for the right person. Across all locations, you'll be responsible for:
  • Delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and health services
  • Dispensing medications accurately and safely
  • Providing professional advice to customers on medicines and healthcare products
  • Supporting vaccination and extended pharmacy services (training provided where required)
  • Maintaining stock levels and merchandising standards
  • Building trusted relationships with customers and your local community
  • Working collaboratively within a supportive pharmacy team
About You

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and values the important role community pharmacy plays in improving health outcomes.
To be successful you will have:
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy qualification
  • Registration as a Pharmacist in New Zealand
  • Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
  • Current legal right to work in New Zealand
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A customer-first approach with a commitment to providing exceptional care
  • A collaborative and positive attitude
