About the Opportunities
Several Pharmacist opportunities are available across the Wellington region.
- Wainuiomata (Lower Hutt) - Permanent Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Newtown - 1 x Permanent Full-time and 1 x 12-month Fixed-Term Full-time. Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday
- Porirua - Permanent role working 32.5 hours p/w. Typical roster 3 weekdays and one weekend day.
- Delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and health services
- Dispensing medications accurately and safely
- Providing professional advice to customers on medicines and healthcare products
- Supporting vaccination and extended pharmacy services (training provided where required)
- Maintaining stock levels and merchandising standards
- Building trusted relationships with customers and your local community
- Working collaboratively within a supportive pharmacy team
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and values the important role community pharmacy plays in improving health outcomes.
To be successful you will have:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy qualification
- Registration as a Pharmacist in New Zealand
- Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Current legal right to work in New Zealand
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first approach with a commitment to providing exceptional care
- A collaborative and positive attitude
