About the Role

As a Pharmacist, you'll become an integral part of a supportive pharmacy team, delivering outstanding patient care while helping improve the health outcomes of your local community.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Dispensing prescriptions accurately and safely
  • Providing medication counselling and professional healthcare advice
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Supporting vaccinations and expanded pharmacy services where appropriate
  • Maintaining medication safety and pharmacy compliance
  • Assisting with stock management and inventory control
  • Working collaboratively with the Pharmacy Manager and wider healthcare team
  • Building trusted relationships with regular patients and the local community

About You

You'll be passionate about community pharmacy and committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
Ideally, you'll bring:
  • Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand
  • A current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient-centred approach
  • Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • A positive, proactive and professional attitude
International Pharmacists who already hold New Zealand registration or are eligible to practise in New Zealand are also encouraged to enquire.
