Youthline is seeking a dynamic and driven Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our corporate partnership programme, working with values-aligned businesses to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people across Aotearoa.

About the Role As a key member of our Fundraising, Marketing & Communications team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and expanding Youthline’s national corporate partnerships—with a primary focus on our major partner. Your focus will be on:
  • Deepening relationships with corporate supporters through tailored engagement plans
  • Identifying and activating partnership growth opportunities
  • Leading strategic partner campaigns, events, and employee engagement
  • Pitching and onboarding new businesses aligned with our kaupapa
  • Delivering strong impact reporting and ensuring contractual deliverables are met
What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is proactive, strategic, and passionate about social change. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well independently, and bring warmth, professionalism, and energy to every interaction.

To succeed, you’ll need:
  • 3+ years in senior partnerships, sponsorships, or business development roles within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
  • A flair for storytelling and proposal writing that inspires action
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building long-term partnerships and exceeding revenue goals
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bonus: experience in the non-profit or fundraising space
  • Why Youthline? Youthline has been at the heart of youth mental health and development in Aotearoa for over 50 years. As a trusted and iconic organisation, we work every day to ensure that all young people have access to support that is free, immediate, and non-judgemental. You’ll join a passionate team working to create real change—with impact you can see.
We offer:
  • A values-led, whānau-friendly culture
  • The chance to work with one of NZ’s most recognised youth charities
  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Ongoing professional development and growth
  • The opportunity to lead partnerships with nationally recognised brands
