Youthline is seeking a dynamic and driven Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our corporate partnership programme, working with values-aligned businesses to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people across Aotearoa.
About the Role As a key member of our Fundraising, Marketing & Communications team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and expanding Youthline’s national corporate partnerships—with a primary focus on our major partner. This isn’t just an account management role; it’s an opportunity to lead meaningful relationships that directly fund youth mental health support services.
Your focus will be on:
- Deepening relationships with corporate supporters through tailored engagement plans
- Identifying and activating partnership growth opportunities
- Leading strategic partner campaigns, events, and employee engagement
- Pitching and onboarding new businesses aligned with our kaupapa
- Delivering strong impact reporting and ensuring contractual deliverables are met
To succeed, you’ll need:
- 3+ years in senior partnerships, sponsorships, or business development roles within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
- A flair for storytelling and proposal writing that inspires action
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building long-term partnerships and exceeding revenue goals
- The ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities
- Bonus: experience in the non-profit or fundraising space
