Occupational Therapist

Our client is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their Wellington team. This is a hands-on role for an experienced OT who seeks variety, autonomy and a clear pathway into leadership.

You'll work across a diverse caseload including Social Rehab, Vocational Rehab, Pain and TI, supported by a genuinely collaborative MDT and strong clinical leadership.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and deliver rehabilitation programmes in clinic and community
  • Working closely within a supportive MDT
  • Completing high quality clinical reporting

About you

We seek open minded clinicians who are comfortable with change, want to contribute ideas and improvements and are keen to be part of a growth journey. You will:
  • Be a NZ-registered Occupational Therapist with current APC
  • Have 3 - 4+ years' clinical experience
  • Have confidence managing a varied caseload
  • Hold a full NZ driver's licence
  • Have excellent communication and people skills
