We’re partnering with several leading primary care providers across Canterbury and South Canterbury who are seeking Nurse Practitioners (and NP-pathway clinicians) from 0.4 – 1.0 FTE

Below are the five key NP opportunities
currently available:
• East Christchurch — Whole-of-Life Primary Care (Acute & Walk-In Preferred)
A well-established community practice delivering cradle-to-grave care. Ideal for an NP with acute or walk-in experience, with additional opportunities to support women’s health and diabetes clinics within a stable, loyal patient population.
• Selwyn District — Practice Designed Around Your Strengths
A newly developed practice offering the rare chance to shape services around your clinical interests — whether that’s acute care, long-term condition management, procedures, or something you’re passionate about developing. Highly supportive leadership with genuine room to influence the model of care.
• Northern Christchurch — Long-Standing Practice With Strong GP Support
Join a respected, stable practice with excellent collegial support from an experienced GP team. Ideal for someone who values continuity of care, teamwork, and a calm, well-structured clinical environment.
• South Canterbury — Multi-Site or Single-Site NP Role
Based across two well-established practices (or solely at one if preferred). You’ll work with engaged GPs, cohesive nursing teams, and a loyal patient base. This role suits an NP who enjoys variety, rural–urban balance, and strong community connection.
• Selwyn District — NP or NP-Pathway (Nurse Prescriber Welcome)
A practice offering dedicated paediatric clinics, respiratory services, and a supportive pathway for Nurse Prescribers working toward NP endorsement. Excellent option for clinicians passionate about children’s health or long-term condition management.
About You
• NP-qualified or an NP-pathway clinician (as specified)
• Strong communication and collaborative working style
• Committed to equitable, high-quality primary care
• Comfortable managing a broad spectrum of patient presentations
