We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse to take on the role of Gynae Theatre Team Leader . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality perioperative care while inspiring and guiding a tight-knit, specialist surgical team.
As the Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading the Gynaecological surgical team within the theatre, ensuring exceptional standards of care and clinical performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support and develop your team, coordinate resources and collaborate closely with consultants and clinical services to optimise patient outcomes.
You’ll also work alongside the Perioperative Services Manager to achieve departmental goals and continuously improve service delivery.

- Proven experience in perioperative nursing, ideally in a leadership capacity and in the gynae specialty

- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced surgical environment
- A strong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and cultural safety
