Phoenix Healthcare is a growing, community-focused general practice based in Rolleston, one of New Zealand's fastest-expanding areas. With a current enrolled population of approximately 1,200 patients—and continued growth anticipated with the addition of another GP—this is an excellent opportunity to join a practice at an exciting stage of development.
We are seeking a General Practitioner (GPEP1 through to Fellow level) to join the team on a flexible basis of 2-4 days per week. Both permanent and contractor arrangements are available.
The Opportunity:
- Flexible working: 2-4 days per week

- Competitive remuneration: $120 - $160 per hour

- Work alongside 2 GPs in a collaborative environment
- Supported by a strong nursing team of 4 nurses
- Indici patient management system
- Appointment structure averaging approximately 10 patients per hour (just over 15-minute consults), allowing for more time per patient than many high-volume practices
- Focus on delivering quality, patient-centred care within a supportive team setting
- Registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand (or eligible)
- Open to GPEP1 through to Fellowship level
