Our opportunity
Located just 25 minutes from Central Christchurch, this well-established and highly regarded General Practice provides comprehensive care to a thriving enrolled population of approximately 10,000 patients. The clinic is supported by a collaborative team of 8 GPs (with upcoming transitions creating exciting opportunities), 2 experienced Nurse Practitioners, and a strong nursing workforce of 8–10 Practice Nurses.
GPs benefit from structured 15-minute appointments and are empowered to manage their own clinical administration, supported by the innovative AI documentation tool Heidi
to streamline workflow and reduce after-hours burden.
Importantly, any work completed outside of clinic hours is fully remunerated, recognising the value of clinicians’ time and expertise.
