We're partnering with a leading aged care provider to recruit a clinician to support residential care facilities across the Wellington region (Kapiti, Porirua, Hutt Valley and wider Wellington) .
This is an opportunity to step away from the pressures of traditional primary care and focus on continuity of care, meaningful patient relationships, and clinical autonomy .
About the Role
- Provide clinical care across a number of aged residential care facilities
- Conduct regular scheduled rounds (typically 3-4 hours per site)
- Manage resident assessments, medication reviews, acute clinical issues, family discussions and care planning
- Opportunity to participate in after-hours/on-call support (optional)
