RWR Health is growing again, and we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to help lead expansion into a newly identified large-scale healthcare sector.
This is a rare opportunity to join an established industry leader while building a fresh desk within a high-growth area of the health sector. You will have the backing of an experienced and highly successful healthcare recruitment business, while also having the autonomy to treat this desk like your own business.
You do not need previous recruitment experience to be successful in this role. What matters most is drive, resilience, commercial thinking, and being comfortable building relationships from scratch through proactive business development and cold calling.

- Building a new market vertical within the healthcare sector

- Running recruitment processes end-to-end
