We’re looking for experienced nurses to support our client across the Wellington region over the Christmas, New Year period and beyond . This will be for 2 - 3 months to cover staff on annual leave.

- Complete social and clinical assessments
- Develop, implement & review care plans
- Provide clinical oversight and support to ENs & Support Workers
- Collaborate with Coordinators & wider health teams

What You Need
- RN with current APC
- Full, clean NZ Drivers License
- Strong community health, long-term conditions, aged care or medical background. You must have worked in the community autonomously before. NASC experience ideal!
- Confident completing assessments and managing a caseload independently
- Digitally sharp – this is a high-admin role
- Ready to step in quickly with minimal supervision (you will have a 3 week training period)
- Fixed-term summer contract (2 + months - may extend)
- December start
