About the Role
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will work closely alongside senior operational leadership to oversee the clinical and day to day functioning of the care service. This is a hands on leadership role where you will mentor staff, support clinical excellence, drive quality outcomes, and help build a positive team culture from the ground up.
You will play a key role in ensuring high quality resident centred care while supporting compliance, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for:
• Current NZ Nursing Registration and APC
• Previous aged care leadership experience
• Experience at Clinical Coordinator, Unit Coordinator, or Clinical Manager level preferred
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Excellent clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Confidence with audits, documentation, and care planning systems
• Passion for delivering exceptional aged care services
