One of Aotearoa's leading aged care providers is seeking a dedicated Clinical Services Manager (CSM) to provide high-level clinical leadership and guidance at one of their long-standing residential care homes.

About the Role
Partnering closely with the Care Home Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire your clinical team to provide safe, person-centred care
- Lead clinical decision-making and ensure compliance with sector standards
- Monitor and improve resident outcomes, with a focus on dignity and quality of life
- Nurture a culture of teamwork, respect, and clinical accountability
- Drive quality, risk, and health & safety initiatives across the care home
- Support onboarding, coaching, and development of nursing and caregiving staff
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with legislative requirements
- Provide on-call clinical oversight as needed
- Step into the Care Home Manager’s role when required
You are a confident, compassionate clinical leader who thrives in a team environment. You bring:
- A current NZ Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- 3–5+ years’ post-registration experience, ideally in aged care
- Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse clinical teams
- Sound knowledge of Ngā Paerewa Health & Disability Service Standards
- A commitment to quality systems and continuous improvement
- Strong decision-making, organisational and time management skills
- A warm, professional presence and proven reliability.
