One of Aotearoa's leading aged care providers is seeking a dedicated Clinical Services Manager (CSM) to provide high-level clinical leadership and guidance at one of their long-standing residential care homes.
This role is your chance to step into a leadership position - to foster clinical excellence, strengthen staff capability, and champion the health and wellbeing of residents and their whānau. You'll be joining a purposeful organisation with values grounded in respect, empowerment, and continuous improvement.

About the Role
Partnering closely with the Care Home Manager, you will:
  • Lead and inspire your clinical team to provide safe, person-centred care
  • Lead clinical decision-making and ensure compliance with sector standards
  • Monitor and improve resident outcomes, with a focus on dignity and quality of life
  • Nurture a culture of teamwork, respect, and clinical accountability
  • Drive quality, risk, and health & safety initiatives across the care home
  • Support onboarding, coaching, and development of nursing and caregiving staff
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with legislative requirements
  • Provide on-call clinical oversight as needed
  • Step into the Care Home Manager’s role when required
What We’re Looking For
You are a confident, compassionate clinical leader who thrives in a team environment. You bring:
  • A current NZ Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
  • 3–5+ years’ post-registration experience, ideally in aged care
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse clinical teams
  • Sound knowledge of Ngā Paerewa Health & Disability Service Standards
  • A commitment to quality systems and continuous improvement
  • Strong decision-making, organisational and time management skills
  • A warm, professional presence and proven reliability.
