What We’re Looking For
We’re recruiting for a Clinical Services Manager to provide leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to a 44-bed aged care facility. You’ll work alongside a supportive Care Home Manager and a close-knit team to maintain high standards of care, drive quality improvements, and ensure residents and their whānau feel genuinely supported.

- NZ Registered Nurse with current APC
- 3–5+ years post-registration experience, ideally in aged care

- Knowledge of interRAI, eCase, and health & disability sector standards
- Strong communication and decision-making skills with a compassionate, hands-on approach
- Integrity, warmth, and the ability to work collaboratively within a tight-knit team
