Clinical Nurse Manager

Bring your clinical expertise, your ideas and your ability to bring people together. This is an opportunity to make a lasting difference to residents and the team caring for them.

About the organisation

This independently owned, established aged care provider in Hastings delivers rest home and hospital-level care, with a strong commitment to residents’ dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Holistic care is central to its approach. Te Whare Tapa Whā guides practice, recognising the physical, emotional, spiritual and whānau connections that help people live well. The team takes pride in providing a culturally safe, inclusive environment where residents’ identities, beliefs and choices are respected.

There is a willingness to invest in care beyond the essentials. Preventative wellness clinics, specialist wound care, exercise programmes and an on-site wellness centre reflect a commitment to helping residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.

About the role

  • Experience leading change, with the organisation and initiative to see things through.
  • Above all, you will value the people around you - residents, whānau and colleagues - and understand the difference thoughtful leadership makes.
