Your Impact
As Clinical Nurse Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the theatre runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest clinical standards:
- Lead and support a team of skilled theatre nurses and professionals
- Oversee daily theatre operations, ensuring seamless coordination
- Act as a key link between surgeons, anaesthetists, and clinical teams
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice
- Mentor and coach staff, supporting professional growth and capability building
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture
About You
You are a confident and motivated theatre nurse who is ready to lead:
- Holds a current practising certificate with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
- Minimum 3 years’ theatre experience (public or private)
- Demonstrated ability in coordination, leadership, and teamwork
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Brings a positive, proactive, and professional approach
