Your new environment
Based across two Hospitals sites (11 minutes apart from each other) you will be working as the Senior Nurse of shift you will become the first responder to any clinical emergencies which may occur, whilst also taking on a mentor and leadership position for the team on shift with you.
Reporting directly to an outstanding Charge Nurse, this role would ideally suit an individual who is looking to work a mixture of roster patterns which look like this.
This is primarily an afterhours leadership role and will ideally suit someone who is comfortable with consistent PMs, Nights and Weekends.
Weekdays - PM Shift
Nights - 10hr shifts
Weekends - 12hr shifts
About the Role
Clinical Nurse Advisor - Advanced Nursing Team
Hours: This is a permanent 0.8 FTE (32 hr working week)
Location: Epsom + Remuera, Auckland
Salary: Up to $129,937 per hour (dependent on experience)
Who we are looking to connect with for this role
- Strong clinical expertise, that includes current critical care experience in the ICU/HDU or Emergency environment, within a NZ or Australian hospital
- Leadership experience
- Current advanced clinical skills e.g. cannulation, phlebotomy, ECG, catheterisation
- ACLS certification
