This Wellington-based Clinical Lead position combines hands-on vocational rehabilitation with the opportunity to guide clinicians managing complex ACC cases. The focus is on clinical leadership, mentoring and quality not people management.
The opportunity
- Provide clinical leadership across Wellington sites
- Support clinicians with complex ACC vocational rehabilitation cases
- Mentor clinicians and strengthen clinical capability
- Help maintain consistent, high-quality clinical practice
- Contribute to service development and clinical improvement
- Maintain your own vocational rehabilitation caseload
