Clinical Lead

Our client is seeking a driven clinician for an exciting Clinical Lead role.

Main responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Service / Team Leads and senior leaders to ensure effective and timely service delivery
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through tailored rehabilitation solutions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage your clinical caseload while promoting efficient workflows and best practice
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Psychology (or equivalent)
  • Current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • At least 5 years' clinical experience (leadership experience highly regarded)
  • Experience leading or contributing to programmes
  • Sound understanding of ACC processes, medical frameworks, and rehabilitation pathways
