Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Service / Team Leads and senior leaders to ensure effective and timely service delivery
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through tailored rehabilitation solutions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage your clinical caseload while promoting efficient workflows and best practice
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Psychology (or equivalent)
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- At least 5 years' clinical experience (leadership experience highly regarded)
- Experience leading or contributing to programmes
- Sound understanding of ACC processes, medical frameworks, and rehabilitation pathways
