Liam Turner is the Executive Projects Lead here at RWR Group, responsible for enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and productivity through optimising business systems and processes. Having transitioned into the recruitment industry in 2022, Liam brings extensive experience from his retail background, where he worked in varied roles in the beauty industry before moving into systems administration.
Over the past two years, he has focused on streamlining operations, improving internal processes, and ensuring systems run seamlessly. Passionate about innovation, Liam excels in purpose-driven, people-focused environments, creating automation, and training programmes to keep systems efficient.
When he's not optimising workflows, Liam enjoys exploring museums, experimenting with fashion, and following emerging trends in the world of art and design. Originally from Wellington, New Zealand, Liam now resides and works in Sydney, Australia.
