Chloe has over four years of experience in recruitment, following an earlier chapter working in safeguarding and youth services. Born and raised in the UK, she combines her Manchester and Yorkshire roots with a warm, down-to-earth approach.

In May 2024, she relocated to Christchurch, New Zealand, to continue developing her recruitment career. Specialising in healthcare recruitment, Chloe has built a strong network of clients across the South Island.

She is known for her inclusive, supportive and understanding approach, working closely with both clients and candidates to create meaningful, lasting matches.

Relocating across the world and transitioning sectors has shaped Chloe’s adaptable, relationship-driven and solutions-focused style. She prides herself on delivering a high-calibre, consultative service with a long-term partnership mindset.

At the end of 2025, Chloe was named NZ Recruiter of the Year (Healthcare Sector) by Sourcr, recognising her commitment to excellence and impact within the industry.

Outside of work, you’ll find Chloe exploring the Port Hills in Christchurch, whether hiking, swimming at the beach or enjoying coffee at her favourite local cafés. She’s also a fan of live music and regularly attends gigs and concerts, all while gradually adding Kiwi classics to her playlist.
